Our Tier II Suspension Service Package is for the shop that wants to elevate their basic mountain bike suspension service offerings for their customers. We train you on all the common repairs for major manufacturers -short of a bleed machine, and increase revenue for your shop and keep more items in house.

Tier III – Shop Service

Our Tier III service is for the shop ready to take on more complicated rear shock work, including bleed machines and nitrogen charging for rear shocks. This advanced training program gets your technicians up to speed on a larger array of manufacturers with us as your guide along the way to conquer odd ball issues and light shim stack, damper, airspring, and valving tunes .
